Psst... Heavy Fire: Afghanistan Is Available
We've gotten word that Heavy Fire: Afghanistan is available on the PC, 360 and Wii. The recently released trailer (below) is a little bit misleading though, considering that it makes the game come off as a FPS. Make sure to watch something with actual gameplay so you know what to expect.
Gmoist was drooling over this game for awhile, well, until he saw that it was a rail shooter. It looks like Battlefield 3 and Operation Wolf had a baby. Shit, now that I think about it those games used to be a lot of fun. Do you guys remember the Terminator 2 arcade cabinet / shooter? I probably dumped $100+ into that thing over several years.
Heavy Fire: Afghanistan is a super fast playing, high intensity experience set in modern-day Afghanistan. Whether fighting up close and personal with guns and grenades, raining down fire from a helicopter or laying waste with a main battle tank, Heavy Fire: Afghanistan is all about constant, edge-of-the-seat action and beautiful graphics combined with straightforward, intuitive controls to give hardcore gamers and novices an immediately fun, pickup-and-play experience.
